It includes a wide variety of security updates. The update also fixes several bugs, including a race condition in the Windows Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS) in which the Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) stopped responding when the system processed multiple local account operations at the same time. For managed devices, the toggle is disabled by default.
When you turn it on, your device will be prioritized to get the latest non-security updates and enhancements when they are available for your device.
