Good range, above average manoucerablility and speed, excellent fire chance, really strong HE alpha strike, and all those Torps with usable angles - a well played Atago is a real match influencer. Kiting is her specialty (although, given how many roles she can fill, I'd put her forward as probably one of the most versatile ships in the game). Therefore, ATAGO actually is a light BB at level IV. However, it's fast and can shoot many torpedoes. Why? ATAGO has no smokescreen but very slow gun reload.
